Christophe assists HLD in the search for acquisition or disposal opportunities, in the analysis of targets, and in the monitoring of holdings, particularly in the aerospace, defense and industrial sectors. An expert and business leader recognized for his knowledge of the aeronautics industry and services, he has held executive positions in airlines, equipment manufacturers and maintenance operators. His operational experience and know-how in transformations, complex restructurings and external growths lead him, as a consultant, to accompany companies in their search for development strategies, acquisitions and divestment opportunities.
