Michał Bugajski Bio

Michał Bugajski is an investment professional with 12 years of experience in real estate and capital market investments. As Vice President Investments at Griffin Capital Partners, he supports the development of the logistics platforms, European Logistics Investment (ELI) and International Industrial Properties (IIProp). Before joining Griffin Capital Partners, Michał was an Investment Director at TFI PZU, where he managed PZU Group’s commercial real estate investments, valued at approximately EUR 1bn. He was involved in building the logistics portfolio and conducting numerous acquisitions, disposals, and debt financing transactions. Earlier in his career, Michał worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Ipopema Securities, where he prepared investment recommendations and financial models for companies in the retail and real estate sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Cracow University of Economics and studied at Mälardalen University in Sweden.
