Prior to GreyLion, Ms. Rosenberg was General Counsel at PWP Growth Equity. Prior to her role as General Counsel of PWP Growth Equity, Ms. Rosenberg also served as counsel to the investment banking division of Perella Weinberg Partners. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Ms. Rosenberg was an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Ms. Rosenberg received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.
