Jared Berlin Bio

Jared is the Executive Director of Greybrook’s Asset Management group and brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate finance and development to the role. He is responsible for overseeing the management of all active investments within Greybrook’s real estate investment portfolio and working with the firm’s in-house legal team and senior management to structure all investment opportunities. Jared works closely with all of the firm’s developer partners and project stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle to ensure the successful execution of each project. He leads his team in conducting pre-transaction due diligence, including financial analysis and risk assessments throughout the underwriting process.
