Stef van Doesburg Bio

Stef joined Greenfield as Corporate Finance Director in 1998 and has been a Partner since 2007. In the mid-1990s Stef worked as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at Price Waterhouse in London, following a stint in Amsterdam as Corporate Finance Manager. He has vast experience in the structuring of shareholder agreements that serve company interests for both mid-stage and later-stage companies. He has wide experience in national and international transactions and has overseen more than 30 mergers and acquisitions. Stef has been active in the private equity sector since 1997.
