Joshua Hodur Bio

Josh is the Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the Green Courte’s investment funds. Josh joined Green Courte in 2022. Prior to joining Green Courte, Josh was a Controller at CA Ventures, where his responsibilities included overseeing the financial reporting, investor reporting, and tax compliance of the company’s various funds, joint ventures, and stand-alone investments, as well as overseeing the Company’s property accounting department. Prior to that, Josh worked at EY as an auditor, exclusively serving public and private real estate companies Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Accounting Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
