Prior to joining Great Range Capital, Desire’ was a Director of Process Improvement and Project Management at Pioneer Services, a division of MidCounty Bank. Desire’ was responsible for overseeing the project management office and business system implementations. She also has experience in the areas of new product development and human resources. Desire’ graduated from the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at University of Missouri—Kansas City with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
