Will Henderson Bio

Will is a Partner at the firm. He joined Graycliff’s predecessor firm, HSBC Capital US (HCUS), in 2007. Prior to HCUS, Will spent four years with MidMark Capital, a middle market buyout fund based in Morristown, NJ. Prior to MidMark, he was an investment banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bear Stearns. He received his BS Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
