Stephen Hindmarch Bio

Steve is a Partner at the firm. Steve previously served as Managing Director of HSBC Capital. A 23-year employee of HSBC with commercial/corporate lending, credit and investment banking experience in Toronto, London and New York, Steve joined HSBC Capital in 2003. Prior to joining HSBC, he worked for the Bank of Canada and for an international freight forwarding company. Steve serves on the Board of Directors for several portfolio companies as well as on selected fund advisory boards. He received his MBA from the University of British Columbia.
