Ricardo Rodriguez Bio

Mr. Rodriguez is Managing Director, Head of Firm Operations and Portfolio Dynamics, responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, driving innovation across investments, and ensuring the Firm’s infrastructure supports its continued growth. Prior to Grain, Mr. Rodriguez served as President and CEO of Spirit MTA REIT, a net lease real estate investment trust (REIT) with approximately $2.5 billion in AUM. Previously, he held positions across Morgan Stanley’s Global Capital Markets division, including developed and emerging markets roles. Mr. Rodriguez holds a B.S. in Engineering and Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
