Diya Berger Bio

Ms. Berger is a Principal on the Investment Team responsible for deal origination and investment underwriting. Prior to Grain, Ms. Berger was at Lending Club developing financing solutions for institutional investors. Previously, Ms. Berger held positions across the Financial Institutions Group and Asset Finance group at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Berger holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, and Economics from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
