Andrew Snyder Bio

Andrew, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major aspects of Graham Partners’ investment process, including investment sourcing, structuring, and exiting, as well as working closely with portfolio companies to build lasting value. He also serves on Graham Partners’ Investment Committee. Andrew has primary oversight responsibility for Commercial Bakeries and Woodland Foods. He also has coverage responsibility for the consumer / food manufacturing industry sector. Prior to joining Graham Partners, Andrew worked in private equity for Concert Capital Partners and in investment banking for Adams Harkness, Inc. Andrew earned his B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College, and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. As a graduate student, Andrew participated in the Graham Partners M.B.A. internship program.
