Nick Kitchin Bio

Nick Kitchin is Managing Director, Head of Lending & Transactions, EMEA at Gordon Brothers. Nick is responsible for capital strategy and originating, structuring and executing investment opportunities in the United Kingdom and Europe. He has over 15 years’ experience in restructuring, finance, distressed investing, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Nick was a senior investment manager at a global investment and advisory firm where he reviewed and assessed investment opportunities within distressed corporates. He previously worked on restructuring teams at EY and Cooper Parry supporting accelerated disposals, contingency planning and insolvency. Nick has a master’s degree in mathematics from Durham University and is a Chartered Accountant. He is based in London.
