Marko Schoenebeck Bio

Marko Schoenebeck is responsible for business development as well as for the execution of various projects for leading European retailers. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Marko was Head of Real Estate and Expansion at Hunkemöller, responsible for expansion strategies and Real Estate Management. He previously held roles in retail consulting at Brockhoff & Partner and Kemper’s/Jones Lang LaSalle, where he formed part of the retail valuation and advisory team responsible for project development, valuation and due diligence. Marko’s background in property management began at Westthyp Real Estate Bank where he was responsible for managing, restructuring, letting and selling, bank owned, client and risk management properties. Marko holds a Diploma in Engineering for architecture and urban planning. He speaks German and English.
