Kristen Menslage Bio

Kristen Menslage is responsible for managing the appraisal process for retail companies within Gordon Brothers. She oversees a team of analysts that assesses the net orderly liquidation value of retail companies, including sales capacity, expense structure, discount and markdown strategies, inventory mix and investment returns. Kristen works directly with clients to ensure analyses and reporting meet criteria and expectations for each individual project. She has directed several commercial and industrial, retail, and consumer products inventory valuation projects across a wide variety in industries during her appraisal career which began in 2007. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Kristen worked as a Controller, FP&A at MilliporeSigma and held a Senior Operations Analyst at Investors Bank & Trust. Kristen is certified by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and holds a BS in Finance from Bentley College.
