Mr. Hulick is a Co-Founder and Partner of Good Springs Capital focusing on investments. Prior to Good Springs Capital, which he joined in 2023, Mr. Hulick was a Principal of Alleghany Capital Corporation, which he joined in 2013. At Alleghany Capital, he had oversight responsibility for investment sourcing, evaluation, and execution, post-investment monitoring and value creation, and junior employee recruiting, training, and management. He was a member of the board of directors of: (i) IPS-Integrated Project Services; (ii) Piedmont Manufacturing; (iii) Precision Cutting Technologies; and (iv) Wilbert Funeral Services. Prior to Alleghany Capital Corporation, Mr. Hulick was an Associate at BBH Capital Partners L.P., the private equity arm of Brown Brothers Harriman, where he focused on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth equity transactions across a wide range of industries. Prior to Brown Brothers Harriman, Mr. Hulick worked in the Manufacturing & Industrial and Health Care investment banking groups of Cronus Partners. Mr. Hulick graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in English. He holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
