Oren Bentley Bio

Mr. Bentley is a Co-Founder and Vice President of Good Springs Capital focusing on investments. Prior to Good Springs Capital, which he joined in 2023, Mr. Bentley was a Senior Associate of Alleghany Capital Corporation, which he joined in 2018. At Alleghany Capital, he had responsibility for investment sourcing, evaluation, and execution, post-investment value creation oversight, and junior employee recruiting, training, and management. He was a member of the board of directors of Precision Cutting Technologies. Prior to Alleghany Capital Corporation, Mr. Bentley was an Investment Banking Analyst in Leveraged Finance group of Jefferies LLC, where he focused on underwriting and execution for M&A, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, and recapitalizations across a wide range of industries, including in the healthcare, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Bentley graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Finance.
