Mr. Schepps joined Golub Capital in 2012 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Schepps was with AEA Investors, where he was responsible for originating and executing senior and mezzanine debt and equity co-investments. Prior to that, Mr. Schepps worked in the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking group at Barclays Capital. Mr. Schepps earned his BS degree, with a dual concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems, from Binghamton University.
