David Wang is a Vice President of Golden Gate Capital. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Wang worked at H.I.G. Capital in San Francisco. Previously, he worked in the Private Capital Group at MSD Partners and as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Jefferies in New York. Mr. Wang has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar, and a BS in Economics from Duke University (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
