Ashley Long Bio

Ashley joined GMT as Partner in 2004. Prior to GMT, he was CFO and a founding principal with Triton Private Equity, having joined from Merrill Lynch Europe plc, where he was a vice president for four years with responsibilities for management and corporate reporting. He is a former group financial accountant for Smith New Court and started his career in the Financial Markets Group of Arthur Andersen in 1982. Ashley holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury. He is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment in the UK. He is a British citizen.
