Lucy Chadwick Bio

Lucy Chadwick joined GIP in 2019 and is a Partner and Head of ESG, based in London. Ms. Chadwick has over 30 years of transport and government experience. She is the Chair of GIP’s ESG Committee and participates on the Investment Committee as an advisor, providing continuity and consistency when assessing key ESG considerations for new opportunities. She also sits on the boards of NTV Italo and Naturgy Energy Group on behalf of GIP. Prior to joining GIP, Ms. Chadwick was a Director General in the UK Department for Transport, and an adviser to Prime Minister Tony Blair on transport. Ms. Chadwick was a member of Accenture’s senior management team for 13 years. She has a BSc from the University of Exeter.
