Lisa Collet Bio

Lisa Collet joined the Gimv Smart Industries team in 2017 and is representing Gimv as a board member in the portfolio company WDM Deutenberg Group and on the advisory board of Laser 2000, Smart Battery Solutions and Variotech. Furthermore, Lisa was actively supporting thinkstep AG in her role as board observer in the supervisory board. Prior to joining Gimv, Lisa gained extensive experience as a project manager in Corporate M&A roles for Commerzbank and Munich Re, where she successfully executed numerous buy- and sell-side transactions across Europe and was responsible for various group-wide strategic business realignment projects. Lisa holds a MSc. in Business & Law as well as a BSc. in General Management from EBS University of Business and Law (Oestrich-Winkel) in Germany.
