Boris Wirtz Bio

Boris Wirtz has been working at the Gimv Smart Industries platform since September 2018. Boris is involved in the investments in Witec, Variass, ALT, AME and Televic. Previously, he worked at Exact and KPN where he focused on corporate M&A and was responsible for a large number of transactions and strategic projects. Boris started his career at KPMG Corporate Finance as M&A consultant with a focus on the TMT sector. Boris holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Tilburg (The Netherlands).
