Henry Ormond is Deputy Head of Private Equity, Europe, and Head of the Direct Investments Group, Europe. In these roles, Henry oversees GIC’s Funds, Co-Investments and Direct Investments in private equity across Europe. Prior to joining GIC in 2012, Henry was a Managing Director at Leeds Equity Partners, focused on private equity investments in the education and information services sectors. Previously, Henry was at Quadrangle Group, focused on private equity investments in the media and communications sectors. Henry started his career in mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley. Henry holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master of Engineering in Engineering and Management from Oxford University.
