Kate Balbirer is Director, Capital Markets at GI Partners. Ms. Balbirer focuses on capital markets activities for GI Partners and is responsible for new acquisition financings and portfolio company capital structure management. Prior to joining GI Partners, Ms. Balbirer was with TPG Capital where she focused on debt capital markets. Earlier in her career, she was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance group of J.P.
