Brendan Scollans Bio

Brendan Scollans is a Managing Director of GI Partners and Co-Head of the Data Infrastructure strategy. He currently serves on the board of Rise Broadband and Orbcomm. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Scollans served as a Partner at EQT Partners and served on the investment committee of EQT's US Mid Market fund. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Mr. Scollans served as a Partner at Avista Capital Partners where he headed its TMT group and served on the investment committee. At Avista Capital, he invested in and realized a number of data infrastructure companies. Previously, Mr. Scollans was an investment professional at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners (Avista’s predecessor). Earlier, he was an Associate in the private equity investments group of J.P. Morgan.
