Christy Hartman Bio

Christy is a Principal of Genesis Park and serves as the CEO of Flic Financial, a Genesis Park fintech business that provides financing solutions for the residential solar market. Previously she supported Genesis Park’s portfolio and evaluated new equity investment opportunities. Christy has served in VP of Marketing roles for several of Genesis Park’s portfolio companies, focusing on marketing and communications strategy, branding, and scaling businesses geographically and into new vertical markets. Prior to joining Genesis Park, she led the global marketing department of CapRock Communications, where she played an instrumental role in building its brand – positioning the company as one of the most recognized players in the industry. She currently serves on the board of Hcareers. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.
