Whitney Cacase is the Vice President of Human Capital at General Atlantic and is responsible for the firm’s recruitment, development, and human resources administration. Before joining General Atlantic in 2014, Whitney spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs where she held Human Resources roles in Global Private Wealth Management, Securities, Asset Management, and Global Investment Research divisions in New York and Asia between 2007 and 2012.
