Justin Kotzin Bio

Justin Kotzin is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at General Atlantic. Justin serves on the firm’s Portfolio Committee, and is also part of General Atlantic’s Operations Group, providing strategic support and advice to the firm’s investment team and portfolio companies. Before joining General Atlantic in 2018, he worked at Morgan Stanley, most recently serving as Managing Director in the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Syndicate group. In this role, he executed high yield and leveraged loan transactions across various sectors. Prior to that, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, most recently serving as Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Capital Markets group.
