Zubin Malkani is a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee at Gemspring Capital. Prior to Gemspring, Zubin was a Managing Director at CI Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm, where he worked for nearly a decade. While at CI Capital, Zubin led investments in business services and consumer services companies and served as a board member for numerous portfolio companies, including Hero Digital, PRA, SavATree, Total Fleet Solutions, and WTS International. Prior to CI Capital, Zubin was an Associate at GTCR, where he focused on middle market leveraged buyouts, and an investment banking Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions. Zubin serves on the boards of Amplix and ROR Partners. Zubin received a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
