Glenn is a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Talent at Gemspring Capital and has over 30 years of experience in talent management and retained executive recruitment. He has consulted with some of the world’s leading companies regarding their human capital management issues and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to Gemspring, Glenn was a Partner at Apollo Global Management. At Apollo, Glenn focused on talent and leading management team and board construction for Apollo’s portfolio companies. Prior to Apollo, he was the Head of Talent Management at L Catterton, a consumer-focused private equity firm. Prior to L Catterton, Glenn held roles at Odgers Berndtson, The Gerson Group, Nobok Ltd., and A.T. Kearney. Glenn received an AB in Politics from Princeton University.
