Stephen Fraser Bio

Stephen is an Operating Partner at Gauge Capital, where he focuses on logistics, transportation, and environmental services investments. Stephen currently is a Director of TVC Pro-Driver, a Gauge portfolio company. Prior to Gauge, Stephen led the turnaround as interim Chief Executive Officer of publicly traded Horizon Lines. Before that, he led a revitalization of GENCO’s reverse logistics business, and led several private equity-backed platforms in the logistics and transportation space. Prior to his tenure in private equity, Fraser built a third-party bulk logistics business for GATX Corporation, having previously sold his environmental transportation business to GATX Capital. Stephen earned a BA in economics and political science from Columbia University.
