Sam is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, transaction execution and portfolio company monitoring. He works in the firm’s enterprise software sectors. Sam currently serves on the boards of Exact Customer, Craftable, NINJIO and CENTEGIX. Prior to joining Gauge, Sam was a Senior Associate at Vector Capital, where he completed middle market private equity investments in software and technology. Earlier in his career, Sam worked at KKR & Co., where he focused on direct lending and mezzanine investing. Sam received his BS in Economics and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
