Reilly (McClellan) McAllister Bio

Reilly is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. She co-leads the Firm's investing efforts in branded consumables, food supply chain, beauty and personal care. Prior to joining Gauge, Reilly was a Vice President at Swander Pace Capital, where she completed middle market private equity investments in food, beverage, and health and wellness companies. Earlier in her career, Reilly was a consumer and technology investor at H.I.G. Growth Partners in Boston and started her career at Deloitte Corporate Finance (formerly McColl Partners). Reilly received a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration in Finance/Business Honors Program (BHP) from the University of Texas at Austin.
