Raphael serves as Managing Director & Operating Partner, leveraging over two decades of expertise in brand marketing, digital/performance marketing, and e-commerce. He specializes in marketing and digital strategy, playing a crucial role in driving growth and enhancing performance across our portfolio companies. Prior to Gauge, Raphael provided interim and fractional Chief Marketing Officer services to brands such as Goop and Quip, steering them through pivotal growth phases. His extensive marketing leadership experience spans a diverse range of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 100, including roles at Lucky Brand, FTD, Qualcomm, and eBay. Raphael holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
