John is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. He co-leads the firm’s investing efforts in commercial and residential services, retail, and restaurant. Prior to business school, John was an Associate at Gauge. Earlier in his career, John worked at Bain & Company in the Dallas office, assisting clients in the retail, commercial services, and technology sectors, and working within the firm’s private equity due diligence practice. John received his MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, magna cum laude.
