Charlotte is a Vice President at Gauge Capital responsible for advancing the firm’s human capital efforts, advising the firm and portfolio on building and enhancing leadership teams and boards to drive value-creation. Prior to joining Gauge, Charlotte led Alcon’s global executive talent acquisition function in addition to global employer branding and strategic sourcing. Earlier in her career, Charlotte worked in retained executive search at CTPartners followed by Korn Ferry, within their respective Global Life Sciences Practices. Charlotte has a BA in Business from Franklin & Marshall College.
