Stacey Bauer Bio

Ms. Bauer joined Galen in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bauer was the Controller/ Chief Financial Officer for Bedrock Capital Partners, a cross-over fund, focused on early stage information technology and healthcare companies. Prior to Bedrock, Ms. Bauer was a Tax Manager in the Financial Services Practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Boston office, where she was responsible for the tax consulting and compliance for several private equity clients and high net worth individuals. Ms. Bauer graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
