Dheeraj Devata Bio

Dheeraj has 8 years of experience in private Equity and investment management in India. At Gaja Capital, Dheeraj focuses on consumer, financial services, education and software. Prior to Gaja Capital, Dheeraj worked with WestBridge Capital where he focused on growth PE investing in both public and private markets. He started his career in the buyside investment team of ICICI Prudential Asset Management. Dheeraj holds an MBA from Columbia Business School where he graduated with Dean’s honors for academic excellence and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is also a Chartered Accountant, a CFA charterholder and a FRM charterholder. ​
