Suzanna is a member of FTV’s talent team and FTV Propel with a primary focus on portfolio company recruiting, strategic talent and hiring initiatives. Prior to joining FTV, Suzanna led talent acquisition globally for a boutique executive search firm. Prior to that, Suzanna spent several years at Korn Ferry, placing executives in the public and private sectors within fintech and payments companies, and at Silver Point Capital, as a human resources generalist.
