Jerome Hershey Bio

Jerome has been a growth equity investor at FTV Capital for over five years and currently has investment responsibilities in financial technology and services. Prior to joining FTV, Jerome was vice president of corporate and business development at OnDeck, where he was a member of the management team. At OnDeck, he led the process for the company’s IPO and Series E financing. He also sourced and executed multiple strategic business development partnerships, and led OnDeck’s efforts to enter the Australian and Canadian markets. Prior to OnDeck, Jerome was on the investment team at TCV, where he focused on technology-enabled services, software and financial technology companies. Previously, he held investing roles at Blackrock Capital Partners and Spectrum Equity. Jerome began his career at JPMorgan Chase as a TMT investment banking analyst.
