Reginald Seawright Bio

Reginald joined FSN Capital in 2024. Previously, he was a Vice President at Guidepost Growth Equity in Boston, focusing on B2B technology investments. Before that, he worked at McKinsey & Company, specializing in Technology, Industrials and Marketing & Sales across Europe and the U.S. He started his career as a management trainee at Siemens AG. Reginald holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPhil in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. in Business Administration from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. He also pursued studies at ESC Rennes School of Business and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
