Marie Øymyr Moe Bio

Marie joined FSN Capital in 2025 as CFO & Head of Operations. She is responsible for finance and fund operations across the FSN platform. In her role, she works closely with the investment teams to strengthen the platform and enable scalable, responsible value creation. Before joining FSN, Marie held senior leadership roles including Group CFO, Head of M&A, and CEO in technology and B2B service companies across the Nordics and Central Europe. She also brings experience from private equity and has served on multiple boards. Marie holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from NHH and is an Authorised Financial Analyst (AFA).
