Adam is a Partner, based in our London office. Previously, Adam was European General Counsel and Managing Director at TowerBrook, where he first met Patrick Smulders and Rayhan Davis. Prior to his career at TowerBrook, Adam spent nine years at the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell. Adam received his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, finishing top of his class, and gained his BA from Claremont McKenna College.
