John Hwang Bio

John S. Hwang joined Freeman Spogli in 2006 and became a partner in 2016. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hwang worked at Citigroup in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Sponsors Groups. Mr. Hwang received his bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003, where he graduated with honors.
