Dennis M. McCarthy joined Freeman Spogli in 2017. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. McCarthy spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Jefferies. Mr. McCarthy received his bachelor's of science degree in finance and master's of science degree in finance from the University of Florida in 2015, where he graduated with honors.
