Joe Whitters Bio

Joe joined Frazier Healthcare Partner’s Growth Buyout team in 2005 as a Center of Excellence Partner, Finance & Operations, and has a deep understanding of finance and governance issues at rapidly growing healthcare companies. Joe currently serves on the Board of AirLife and previously served on the Boards of Parata Systems, PCI, TridentUSA, Pentec Health, Aspen Education Group, Zonare Medical Systems, and Northfield Medical. Before Frazier, Joe held various finance positions of increasing responsibility at First Health (FHCC), a managed care organization he helped take public as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to FHCC, he held various financial positions with United Healthcare and Overland Express. He is a CPA and began his career in public accounting with Peat Marwick. Additionally, Joe has served on numerous public Boards, including those of Mentor Corporation, Solexa, Luminent, Omnicell, InfuSystems, Cutera, and Analogic. He currently serves on the Boards of Accuray.
