Jessica Jacobs Bio

Jessica joined Frazier Healthcare Partners as a Center of Excellence Vice President, Legal in January 2023 and brings over 10 years of legal experience. Prior to Frazier, Jessica was Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel, M&A at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. and, before that, she was an Associate in the Private Equity Group at Goodwin Procter, LLP where, among other things, she worked with Frazier on its portfolio company acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate governance. Jessica received her BA from Cornell University and her JD from Fordham University School of Law. Additionally, she is admitted to the bar in the State of New York.
