Victoria joined FEP in April 2025 and supports the firm’s two co-founding partners. She brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and operations, having previously served as Director of Operations at Kovert Creative. During her time at Kovert, Victoria played a key role in developing and managing marketing and experiential initiatives for leading consumer brands including Cadillac, Xbox and American Greetings. A native New Yorker, Victoria earned her B.B.A. in Marketing Management and Communications from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
