Kathleen Cotter Bio

Kathleen joined Franchise Equity Partners in November 2023 as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Managing Director and two Senior Partners. Prior to FEP, she previously served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO, and CFO at Drake Star Partners, a TMT-focused investment bank. Kathleen began her career in the fashion industry focused on digital marketing and e-Commerce businesses at Ralph Lauren and other retailers. She obtained a degree in fashion merchandising from Marist College.
